These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dolly Realty LLC (“Dolly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your access to and use of our website, real estate tools, automated valuations, and related services located at http://localhost:3000. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally competent to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.
3. Accounts & Google Sign-In
Certain features (such as saving properties, saving searches, and hiding listings) require you to create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
Dolly grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and browse residential real estate listings for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Scraping, crawling, spidering, or utilizing automated systems to harvest listings, photos, prices, or user data without express prior written consent.
- Submitting fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading inquiries, valuation requests, or tour bookings.
- Attempting to bypass authentication, reverse engineer platform code, or probe network security.
- Impersonating another person, broker, agent, or affiliated real estate entity.
- Using the platform to send unsolicited spam, commercial advertisements, or abusive communications.
5. Listing Information & Automated Dolly Estimate
Property listings, photographs, square footage figures, property boundaries, school district data, property tax records, HOA assessments, and listing statuses displayed on Dolly are sourced from public records, participating brokerages, and multiple listing feeds. All information is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and may contain errors, omissions, or delays.
Dolly Estimate Disclaimer: The “Dolly Estimate” is a computer-generated, algorithm-based estimate of market value derived from public real estate records and market trends. It is NOT an appraisal, official valuation, or professional financial advice. Actual transaction prices may vary significantly.
6. Not Financial, Mortgage, or Legal Advice
Mortgage calculators, affordability estimators, amortization schedules, down payment scenarios, and tax calculations provided on the platform are educational and illustrative tools only. Dolly is not a lender, mortgage originator, underwriter, financial planner, or legal advisor. Consult a qualified professional before entering into financial commitments.
7. Agent Relationships & Fair Housing / Equal Opportunity
Real estate professionals featured or accessible through Dolly are independent licensed agents or brokers. Unless explicitly agreed through a separate, signed representation agreement, Dolly does not act as your fiduciary agent or real estate representative.

8. Payments & Refunds (Stripe)
Certain future premium features, reports, or listing enhancements may require payment. All payment processing is conducted securely by Stripe. Dolly does not store full payment card numbers. Any fee structures, billing cycles, and refund terms will be disclosed prior to purchase.
9. Intellectual Property
The Dolly logo, design marks, website layout, graphics, text, software, and compilation of real estate content are the exclusive property of Dolly Realty LLC or its licensors and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
Our platform incorporates third-party services, including Google OAuth, OpenStreetMap map tiles, Unsplash photography, and Resend transactional emails. We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party practices, content, or policies.
11. Disclaimers of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Dolly Realty LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dolly Realty LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
We reserve the right, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users, real estate professionals, or the public interest.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Florida.
16. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued access to the platform following notice of revisions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
